March Art Hike in Pima Canyon

Sunday, March 24 at 8:45 a.m. / Pima Canyon Trailhead, Tucson, AZ

We'll meet at 8:45 a.m. at the Pima Canyon Trailhead parking lot. This trail rises into beautiful Pima Canyon on a rocky trail with many rocky steps. We'll pass by desert scenery of saguaros, ocotillo, prickly pear, and mesquite trees crossing the usually dry Pima Wash several times.

Experience the Magic

Beginners and seasoned hikers are invited to discover the allure of this easy trail. After 1.3 miles we'll break at one of the wash crossings to draw, paint or journal. Stephanie will provide some instruction on capturing the scenery with your medium of choice and then let you explore your creativity on your own.

Remember to dress in layers for comfort and safeguard against the sun's rays as it graces the canyon. This trail is a shared space, frequented by hikers, trail runners, and horseback riders, so let's be mindful of one another.
